We are looking for a beautician or beauty consultant who wants to grow into the medical aesthetic field.

This role is suitable for candidates from beauty salon, facial centre, wellness centre, slimming centre, skincare retail, or aesthetic clinic background.

You will work in a doctor-led aesthetic clinic. You will assist in customer consultation, treatment preparation, follow-up, sales closing, and daily clinic operations.

Training will be provided.

We are currently looking for people who either able to work at near Cheras or Kepong area.

• Assist doctors during aesthetic treatments, including laser, filler, Botox, and other aesthetic procedures.

• Provide professional consultation to customers on skin, beauty, and aesthetic concerns.

• Recommend suitable treatments and products based on customer needs.

• Follow up with enquiries and convert them into appointments.

• Greet customers and guide them through the treatment process.

• Answer customer questions in a professional and friendly manner.

• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies.

• Maintain accurate customer, treatment, and sales records.

• Support promotions, marketing campaigns, and sales activities.

• Assist with inventory, medical supplies, and clinic cleanliness.

• Attend training to improve treatment, product, consultation, and sales knowledge.

• Perform other related duties as required.

• Requirements

• Experience in beauty, facial, wellness, skincare, slimming, healthcare, or aesthetic industry is preferred.

• Fresh graduates with strong interest in beauty and aesthetics may apply.

• Good communication skills.

• Able to speak Mandarin or Cantonese for customer communication.

• Comfortable talking to customers and doing follow-up.

• Willing to learn and grow in the aesthetic industry.

• Able to work on-site.

• Basic Microsoft Excel and Word skills are an advantage.
